This Terms of Service agreement governs your use of all mobile applications developed and published by Batuhan Kurter (@batuhankurter), available on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

By downloading, installing, or using any of our applications — including TabMate, Falyra: Kahve & Rüya Yorumu, Astro Breaker Shooter, Photon Swarm: Bullet Heaven, and Elara ve Luma — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

If you do not agree to these terms in full, please discontinue use and uninstall the application immediately.

Certain premium features within our applications may require in-app purchases or active subscriptions. All billing is handled exclusively through Apple App Store or Google Play Store payment infrastructure.

Our applications are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. By using our apps, you agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of the software or its assets.

All content within our applications — including but not limited to software code, UI design, visual assets, audio synthesis algorithms, brand identifiers, and written content — is the exclusive intellectual property of Batuhan Kurter and is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property law.

Our applications are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure operation of the services.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Our applications are designed with a privacy-first approach — particularly Falyra, which processes data locally on your device without transmitting personal information to external servers.

By using our applications, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher).

For users under the age of 13, a parent or legal guardian must review and explicitly agree to these Terms of Service on their behalf before any use of the applications. Elara ve Luma is designed for children and is fully compliant with child safety content guidelines.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be communicated through app updates or via the developer's official channels. Continued use of the applications following any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

The most current version of these terms is always available within the application and on the developer's website at tabmate-ce576.web.app.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the applications shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of İzmir, Türkiye.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Bu Hizmet Şartları sözleşmesi, Batuhan Kurter tarafından geliştirilen ve yayınlanan tüm mobil uygulamaların kullanımını düzenler (@batuhankurter), Google Play Store ve Apple App Store'da mevcuttur.

Uygulamalarımızdan herhangi birini indirerek, yükleyerek veya kullanarak — örneğin TabMate, Falyra: Kahve & Rüya Yorumu, Astro Breaker Shooter, Photon Swarm: Bullet Heaven ve Elara ve Luma — bu şartları okuduğunuzu, anladığınızı ve bu şartlara bağlı kalmayı kabul ettiğinizi onaylamış olursunuz.

Bu şartların tamamını kabul etmiyorsanız, lütfen kullanmayı bırakın ve uygulamayı derhal kaldırın.

Uygulamalarımızdaki bazı premium özellikler uygulama içi satın almalar veya aktif abonelikler gerektirebilir. Tüm faturalama işlemleri yalnızca Apple App Store veya Google Play Store ödeme altyapısı üzerinden gerçekleştirilir.

Uygulamalarımız kişisel, ticari olmayan kullanım için lisanslanmıştır. Uygulamaları kullanarak yazılımın veya varlıklarının herhangi bir bölümünü tersine mühendislik, decompile, değişiklik yapma, dağıtma veya suiistimal etmemeeyi kabul edersiniz.

Uygulamalarımızdaki tüm içerik — yazılım kodu, kullanıcı arayüzü tasarımı, görsel varlıklar, ses sentezi algoritmaları, marka tanımlayıcıları ve yazılı içerik dahil — Batuhan Kurter'e aittir ve ilgili telif hakkı ve fikri mülkiyet yasalarıyla korunmaktadır.

Uygulamalarımız "olduğu gibi" ve "mevcut olduğu sürece" sağlanır; herhangi bir açık veya örtük garanti verilmez. Hizmetlerin kesintisiz, hatasız veya tamamen güvenli olacağını garanti etmiyoruz.

Gizliliğinizi korumaya kararlıyız. Uygulamalarımız gizlilik öncelikli bir yaklaşım ile tasarlanmıştır — özellikle Falyra, verileri cihazınızda yerel olarak işler ve kişisel bilgileri harici sunuculara iletmez.

Uygulamalarımızı kullanarak, en az 13 yaşında olduğunuzu (veya bulunduğunuz yargı bölgesinin dijital rıza yaşı daha yüksekse onu) onaylamış olursunuz.

13 yaşın altındaki kullanıcılar için, bir ebeveyn veya yasal veli bu Hizmet Şartlarını incelemeli ve onların adına açıkça kabul etmelidir. Elara ve Luma çocuklar için tasarlanmıştır ve çocuk güvenliği standartlarına uygundur.

Bu Hizmet Şartlarını güncelleme veya değiştirme hakkını saklı tutarız. Değişiklikler uygulama güncellemeleri veya geliştiricinin resmi kanalları aracılığıyla duyurulacaktır. Değişikliklerden sonra uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz, revize edilmiş şartları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.

Bu şartların en güncel hali her zaman uygulama içinde ve geliştiricinin web sitesinde mevcuttur: tabmate-ce576.web.app.

Bu Hizmet Şartları, Türkiye Cumhuriyeti yasalarına uygun olarak yorumlanacak ve uygulanacaktır. Bu şartlardan veya uygulamaların kullanımından kaynaklanan uyuşmazlıklar İzmir mahkemelerinin münhasır yargı yetkisine tabi olacaktır.

Bu şartların herhangi bir hükmü uygulanamaz bulunursa, kalan hükümler tam olarak yürürlükte kalmaya devam eder.
